Seegene Busan Clinic (hereinafter 'the Clinic') places great importance on protecting your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act.
The Clinic collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service use.
Medical records: Providing medical services for diagnosis and treatment, and administrative services such as billing and refunds. Website: Appointment booking, appointment inquiry, membership services, and online bulletin board posting.
Medical records: Retained according to the medical record retention standards specified in the Medical Act. Website: Destroyed upon membership withdrawal. Retained for the required period if preservation is needed under relevant laws.
Electronic files are deleted using irreversible methods; paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Personal information is not provided to third parties except with your consent or as required by relevant laws.
The Clinic entrusts personal information for service fulfillment, and obtains consent from legal guardians for children under 14. You may withdraw your consent at any time and have choices regarding cookie installation.

Article 1: Purpose
These terms and conditions aim to regulate the conditions and procedures for using services provided by Seegene Busan Clinic (hereinafter 'the Clinic') and other necessary matters.
Article 2: Effect and Amendment of Terms
These terms become effective upon public announcement to users. The Clinic may amend the terms in case of changed circumstances or significant business reasons.
Article 3: Rules Outside the Terms
Matters not specified in these terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations.
Article 1: Definition of Member
A member refers to a person who agrees to these terms, completes the membership form, and receives an ID and password.
Article 2: Establishment of Service Agreement
Service agreement is established by the Clinic's approval of the user's application and the user's agreement to the terms. Applications using others' names, false information, or for purposes against public morals will not be approved.
Article 3: Service Use and Limitations
Service is available 24 hours a day, year-round in principle. Service may be limited with prior notice during system maintenance.
Article 4: Service Fee
The service is free to use.
Members who wish to withdraw may apply via email. Use may be restricted without prior notice for violations of public order, misuse of others' IDs, or defamation.
While we make every effort to maintain security of online consultation content, we are not responsible for information disclosure due to user negligence or force majeure. Information provided through the service cannot substitute medical diagnosis.
The Clinic has an obligation to provide continuous and stable service. Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords.
Disputes regarding service use shall be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible. In case of litigation, the court with jurisdiction over the Clinic's location shall be the competent court.
